To be clear, TJI will have close to $20m cash after asset sale, which is the current focus. And in my opinion close to be secured.
Good to see we have new investors on-board who spot a bargain. Target $0.5 for starters, then we have a cash rich investment company, run by a very shrewd BOD. Look up The Tejoori website. I expect to see the SP into the dollars I believe with nearly $20m of cash these guys can do something very special. GLA DYOR, but IMO a strong safe investment.

Very little stock about and a stealth share. Does not appear on lse risers board. Holders will do very well here imo
Mcap of $3.4m Cash In bank same as Mcap Land Value of 3 plots in Arjan Dubai valued at $16m in 2014 Since then, massive upmarket development of luxury residential blocks and retail. Space running out. Land Value increased. Further developments announced for this year. In Dubai a developer must own 100% of land before a building project can begin. This bodes well for TJI as full payment for the plots would be swift. I feel very exciting times here for shareholders. Mcap will be multiple of current. I'm a buyer.
This going to be extremely interesting Monday morning. Dubai opens their working week on Sunday, will have a dig around.
Definitely not a time to be selling up. Grab your tickets for Monday, it's going to be a belter.
