I get your point but I suspect there may have been various issues scaling up production over the past 6 months - note comments about change of manufacturers and looking for a 3rd partner. Ditto, the late deliery of production from Dec to Jan all speaks to me to the same types of issues. More costs may have been expended earlier on hence the improvement in the profit margin from 50 to 58% - so many moving parts I genuinely think you cannot read too much into a period if supply was constrained in this way - only my view and you may not agree :)

Given this is the only product the seller has and once you see the name of the seller you will get an idea that someone is potentially doing this with specific motives (again we simply do not know who is behind this at the moment)- I will be polite and not mention names here but you can see this right away on Amazon when you check the lowest pricing on sale.

is this one that someone needs to raise with management to identify where the seller has obtained the stock and ensure that theiir supply chain is well controlled - this is important as it can be seen as very disruptive to the brand value if someone is dumping a few at such a discount.

Is there some further hurdle to overcome in US to get into a retail physical stores network. The distributor has been on the case for a long while now. Our firm will be very aware that they need to land something stateside in a RNS to bring stability to the SP near term. The problem of outsourcing all your functions can work if you have a tight accountability and control structure and I know we are moving from a firm developing a solution to one actually making revenues and now trying to organise a profitable business but we do need to get on top of our game.

A simple example, we have been in the Boots stores since last July - so what are the sales levels across the UK. Why are we going with Superdrug and not say Tescos with the huge footfall. Why nothing at all yet from USA retailing.

It may be that a a number of items are about to happen so they are clinging on and waiting to have a bumper update to cheer us up, but me I would prefer individual updates on specifc points as they arise!

I think this is potentially very positive for us - just need to see some delivery - i.e. websites with product being advertised/instagram/you tube social media stuff etc. Are there some retail shops or Boots equivalent in Latin America who can stock our products. I am sure the firm is pressing the accelerator as fast as they can, it is just not visible to us in this geography yet
