It was an arranged transaction between institutions.

The buyer got 50 million shares at 214p which is a bargain. Try buying that amount in open market at 214 when price was 230p ish.

I doubt there will be another transaction and even if there is, it will be brokered and most probably at high prices because it would be detrimental to their own holdings of 50.5%.

Would you rather see it fall back to .5p
