Exactly why I think he is not concerned - I think more is being made of this than need be.

Panama - some time back I promoted the possibility that NCM could delay mining. I copped a bit of flak for that considering I did not say that that would be for the wrong reasons. Whether a a delay is being orchastrated via the delay in DFS to now Q2 2023 (and DTM) or for that matter a delay in MRE to feed into that, to delay mining, is neither here nor there in the grand scheme of things. Put simply it just means we are all going to have to wait a little longer for HAV to start producing.

Let all of us not forget who is ultimately in the drivers seat.

But in the meantime that drill bit is turning as we speak and could hit at any time - BOOM.
