Ben I do admire your enthusiasm for all things GGP but a bit of stretch to suggest that the market should think we are worth circa 100mil more because RIO chose us for a JV.

James, peppers, JD you guys are always on to top all the info out there - any idea what GGP had to go through to get a first dibbs at the RIO deal; do we know of any tender process for example; other bidders/interested parties etc.

Any potential fund raise will be accretive.

I am sure it will but lets deal with a "potential equity capital raising" if and when the time comes.

They won’t get all they want buying in the open market - then they push the price up do they not.
