The simple answer to that would be yes - it looks that way. However if one were to put a pos spin on it the sp increase yesterday and sp up circa 10% since 16/6 with a background story of possible dilution (you could also argue the shorters do not hold much with the "dilution" story) it looks like it is having an impact - significant? well we will have to see what the market does on Monday; as we always do.
