Dip I note your comment re decline not continuing until sale is agreed. As we speak there are various works that "revolve" around decline infrastructure that are taking place as we speak. Technically the decline is proceeding.

I would not go so far as to say they have "halted" on it. Other than "the sale" side of things possibly slowing things down a little I would suggest it is business as usual and the FS is being worked on as we speak and the DTM may well come in sync with a "sale" announcement.

For me they (the sale and the FS) are two different exercises being worked on by different teams - at the same time.
