Skulduggery afoot?
Need to see TR1's to see who the sellers are, which may explain why.
Linked to Lastminute.com arrests, as someone posted yesterday, possibly? Bret Hoberman?
It would help to know if the selling is forced and unconnected to Made's performance.
Tempting as this is at £35m MCAP, they'll need more cash at year end, when they will be down to holding single digit £M cash.

Not encouraging, but not out of line with the sector.
Also, I'm struggling with the idea of merging Trouva product in with Made's offer. Trouva was exclusively 'Home' and now it's 'anything goes' with no curation, it seems.
All that said, I'm hovering over the 'buy' button.

Feels like Iain McDonald/ Belerion are working with MM, with a view to take it private as cheaply as possible. And then see it back in the main market / US market in less than 2 years.. Smart move. But won't help the majority of PIs here..
Last time Merck bought a business was September last year. Acceleron Pharma, with annual revenues of $92.5m (Dec 2020) and $166m Net Loss.
Merck paid $11.5B for it. Acceleron investors were disappointed.
Read this anyway, but for me, 4D feels a little too small to be on Merck radar as an acquisition. Similarly, I can't see Merck waiting around to pick us up out of admin.
I'm none the wiser, but feel like I should be doing something whilst 4D are making my sorry portfolio look even more sorry for itself.
MEM, after your prediction of a sell off at 07:16 yesterday, it's hard to ignore your latest prediction. I tend to agree we will be in this range for the next 4 to 6 months but still worth holding as this is fundamentally a good business with a price target that has to be double where we are today well before year-end.

1 year outlook.
Let's see..
Evening all,
I've been long here for too long, in and out of blue, but happily, currently blue .
Today we are a £100m MCAP (or thereabouts) and firmly believe we are heading north imminently. But to sanity check, two questions:
- What is our actual monthly revenue as we stand today, and at what GP?
- if the CPR delivers what we are anticipating, what does the 12 month picture look like?
Any thoughts welcome.
I ask because we're in a world where betting on what's happening 3 or 5 years down the road feels folly ATM..
