Guess we need to wait and see what echo have been doing and see what they have accomplished work over wise since the early June w/over RNS, for myself i assumed these work overs were ongoing, if this is not the case i would have to admit my confidence in echo will be severely dented, and i do not see or accept an Argentine hard winter as excuse enough not to be getting on with these workovers, we have our own rig so costs should be minimal, if it turns out they have done nothing workover or campo limite wise then we may well be doomed. As one regular poster stated, its proving hard to keep faith in this company.

My own thoughts only, if they announce the work overs are not started we will see this back in 0.3 ish region,

JoeC, lets hope your right though i do remember MH stating at the last Q&A RNSs would be issued individually as and when pertinent info became available.
Think most long term holders are in the same boat, about time we had some good news and an update.

WT, in part i agree with you, i do not understand why we cannot get equipment into the country, there is no ban on cargo, i would also have thought any specialist would fall under the "key" worker banner thus being allowed to travel. Certainly there are questions but matters are outwith our control, you can fire off as many e mails as you like, it will not help, for my part and i am sure many other agree we need to keep the faith, however i agree with Mr MB its proving hard.

Our last workover update / RNS was 8th June, we were told each workover should take around 10 days, pulling jobs much less time. I would have expected an update on what has been achieved to-date. Certainly well overdue.

echo may not be in the greatest position but at least we are onshore with reasonably inexpensive operating costs, add Premier to the article below.

The only ones speaking about Parsons are Sound investors who rather stupidly never got out when they were sitting on huge profits.

Update is well overdue, more so given at last Q&A the question was asked if one RNS would be issued after all 16 workovers or if RNS would be issued each time additional info became available.
Also agree it will be a happy day if and when i can cash in my echo shares without loosing too much.
The placing RNS stated the placing would take place on or around the 10th, has it even started yet, ifso it will take 10 years to get rid of 95 million shares.

The last update we had was the 8th June RNS, best you read it.
I suspect we should be due workover news very soon, oil and gas sales news may not be far off either and offcourse we wait news on campo limite well which many hope will be the icing on the cake.

I would tend to agree, the workovers provide the bread & butter and PA / Campo Limite will provide pudding, just a case of how big a helping do we get, after being starved for sometime i am ready for a mighty big helping !!

You seem to suggest this might go to around 10p, a twenty bagger from here does not sound bad to me, think i will hang around for a bit longer.

I agree with uinsionn post of a few days ago, echo need to release good news before the placing, given MH experience i am sure he is well aware of this and prepared to do so, good news equals higher sp equals more cash from the placing, my thoughts and hope are this news will be about campo limite/PA well and better than expected results,

I found trellis post quite humerous, especially liked his "party finisher" role, if anyone were ideally suited to this task i can imagine trellis would be the one, no disrespect meant.
As for echo i am amazed some would rather take what little money we have and gamble it on a TA throw of the dice, speaking for myself i am quite happy they decided to use it to increase production through the workovers, seems we need to be more patient, agree its frustrating but we were left in a big hole by Ms M.
