If you were a genuine investor and had any knowledge of AIM then you would know sharing something like that on here would damage the SP. It's a polite reply to your email without any specifics because that is obviously illegal but it can be read as guarantee that the SP will drift for over a month with no news and can be ripped apart by derampers.

Would someone think it was a good idea to post on this board that the CEO intimated to them that we have no news to expect for over a month. Ridiculous behaviour.

Early next week. If it’s good news then the SP will fly. If it’s not good news then we will take a hit but I am confident that the good results are getting closer. GLA

Thanks for the reply. I agree that the details of negotiations shouldn't necessarily be disclosed. The main concern for me is that I don't fully understand a clear pathway to profitability. A partnership with a game is obviously a big deal but thats only half of the job in advertising because we still need clients willing to use the platform. I would have liked the RNS to have made clear that the service will be used and when. My understanding is that for most of the partner games so far BIDS has just been displaying the company logo rather than selling the space.

Grids: will it be worth a fortune? Does the company have clients in place to use the service? What’s the revenue stream from each ad? How does the contact between BIDS and Ubisoft work? Is it based on users? Views?

There are a lot of questions that aren’t addressed.

That’s a reasonable point Mr Nation. But I think there needs to be a more defined strategy communicated to shareholders. Does this deal actually mean the company will be selling advertising, or is it just a deal to use the platform? It’s not crazy to ask that the company for more transparency about revenue attached to deals.

It concerns me because I’ve been following this company for a long time and when I saw the RNS pop up I thought it might be a turning point but it’s another wishy washy deal without conveying anything meaningful. This is the price I sold out at during the last rampathon so I would consider getting back in if I thought there was a change in the company direction. This is a discussion board and at least I declare my position when I post. Very few others do.

With no financial information of any kind or any sort of information about the value this will add to the company.

Seems we are in a few of the same DVH. I got a top up in here yesterday, quite annoyed about the drop but it is way overdone and ROCK flies on good sentiment as fast as it plummets on bad. Still in ORR which is a great prospect. Got run off the ORCP board for saying I had sold and lost confidence haha whoops.

Still £1m outstanding. Any rise is going to be decimated until that is gone.

Fair point. I had the sell order in because I didn’t think I could trust any rise with the current funding model and new investors should be aware of this. I shall depart the board now. I sincerely hope it rises for you all!

I'm reasonably happy with mine. I tried to jump on the computer and cancel it as soon as I saw the RNS but was too slow. The reason I had it was because I'm afraid YA will sell into every rise. This could easily be hitting 1p before before the LOI drops but I'm happy to wait on the sidelines for a few days and see if the rise is hammered.
