I am currently on the border of Azerbaijan and Georgia en route to Batumi. Should I do a drive by of block 12? Where would I go? Is this a good idea? I could post some photos if I can see anything interesting or try to speak to some people on site.

I was in Tbilisi last week too and this is a pretty bad representation. There is very little 'grinding poverty'. It is a developing country and there is disrepair in the old town because of the age of the buildings and cost of restoration but there has been quite a lot of progress since the last time I was there and has great HDI/democracy/transparency and freedom of business ratings. I'd say it compares favourably with most soviet republics. Streaks ahead of the Central Asia/Caspian and Black Sea region and worse than the Baltic states.

If this speculation is true and actually we are turning a profit behind the scenes. (Whether through B12 production or some sort of JV deal)

Have we discussed the ethics of the company withholding this speculative profit with us? As shareholders we should be entitled to share in any profits of the company. This would be particularly galling if we were spinning money behind the scenes and sitting in a communications black hole and getting nothing.

Can anyone care to give a very brief summary of what we know about the court case at the moment? Very hard to read this board recently but from what a gather we are about to hit the jackpot in Ukraine and Georgia is old news.
