Ferro vanadium 80% spot in china is at 30.3, in US at 27-27.5, in EU at 26.25. We're just about breaking even though debt financing is mounting pressure.
Ukraine estimates min $500bn and it's safe to say that will double. Rough estimate of steel in that effort is 3.5 million metric ton. This is expected to drive steel and all supporting commodity costs significantly.
Pdub, As always, very positive and well articulated. Thank you for the message and best wishes.
CANT BUY ANY...WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS!!!

Expert - Perhaps, I'll meet you in person some day. That'll be a day you'll remember!!
Very happy to hear. Best wishes, my bushy friend.
Fantastic point and many of us tend to overlook - 4. NAV: With 2/3 of 2019 completed successfully the NAV of BMN will be around $193m (2018 Net Assets from accounts + 8/12 of 2019 earnings). That's 14.3p per share. So in just 1.45 years at current profitablility (that's without BE or Vanchem etc), the NAV will exceed today's mCap.
For comparison; Gold miners (AngloGold/Barrick/Newmont etc..) are currently priced at NAV + an average of 13 years earnings. (Reminder BMN is NAV + 1.45 years of earnings!)
BMN is a highly under valued company with sound financials, solid cash flow, healthy profitability, zero debt and a promising actionable future. The markets and sentiment are hurting not just this but many good companies. It is evident, time will make good and deliver to share holders.
Friends, I understand the jse launch is due, hopefully soon. The discussion on voting for share buy back though isn't completely clear. Where is this topic originating from? Has it been formally floated by bmn to shareholders and is the voting for this due in the next AGM? I haven't received any intimation or read anything from BMN about this. Much appreciate guidance... Thanks
Fellow investors. Over summer upto Aug end, what certain pieces of news of exists from bmn. I suspect vanchem for sure, perhaps jse listing, maybe mokopane. Is there any other?
Thank you, pdub. All good. It's BMN and it's LTHs that I care about. Cheers
Thank you Knuttie! I'll be the judge if that
And nickderby wins. Embarrassed to be the idiot looking at the wrong sheet. Sorry people.
Thanks for clarifying, Alfa. I didn't want say the number myself. You are correct but the spreadsheet shows a few hundred thousand against your name. That is misleading.
Recall Alfacom, Knuttie having much bigger Holdings. They were all posted on the chat threads too in 2017/18
