Oilman Jim on Twitter is spinning a very negative narrative on his ‘neutral’ stance in regards to EUA. States he’s not invested ‘long (obvious) or ‘short’, wonder why he’s investing so much time and attention down talking EUA. Is it regret in not investing and just going against the grain to gain some attention to his twitter account?

On the assumption that bids are landing, would accepting a bid now be time critical with the ‘temporary’ fall in Plat and this now being more weighted on tendering parties side? What’s to stop anyone now retracting a big based on commodity prices dipping... who knows, may have news sooner than we think (hopefully full sale ;)

Apologies bumping this thread up. I know the excitement it evokes. On Twitter, user Igor_Afonin (Dubai based) is having a moan about not being able to trade EUA on their preferred Platform. Anything in this or clutching at straws in hope of an RNS / news?

Going off the most recent news articles in Melody, it has been quoted that Melody have worked (and assumed recorded) over 850 Musicians (assuming artists / bands). On the website, I’ve counted a total circa of 74 artists.....

So can we assume that Melody have about 90% of artists yet to reveal? If so, this is absolutely massive and I’m sure that at the point where PPV becomes subscription, there’s gonna be an explosion of PR and marketing..

Sammtex... A very needy individual indeed who looks back after his / her day and feels a sense of achievement that he’s mildly riled some forum members. You have to have sympathy. I filtered ages ago, recommend everyone else does so we can focus back on this exciting company and fourth coming news!!

What if discussions with tendering parties were subject to 2 way NDAs which is highly likely given substantial sums potentially involved here. Perfectly rational..

In regards to Music Discovery month, I felt this was solely a reflection and case study of the technical advances its made since early artist releases. I really don’t think Melody is going to be a platform whereby artists will be discovered... You go there knowing who / what you want to see based on current ‘PPV’ charging . Switch over to the subscription and yes, you may start stumbling across artists you may have never seen / heard before but Spotify have got this covered. Music Discovery month wasn’t really marketed, a handful of tweets and IG posts. Be keen to hear other people’s take on Music Discovery Month.

I agree. 1 concert a isn’t enough but using last year as a reference (correct me if there was more than one concert), there was a significant increase in the SP leading into Wireless. From Back end of May to beginning of July SP went from circa 2.67 —— 8.17. With increased awareness of 5G and VR playing a huge role in the manifestation of this tech, I’m optimistic... IMO..

Within 10 minutes Sammtex was filtered. Every forum has this type of user where they go against the grain solely to gain limelight and attention. Spouting absolute tripe just to get a reaction. I don’t think this is about de ramping, it’s a phycological issue where it’s descended to the point where someone is ‘needing’ attention in the form of internet based avatars simply mentioning him / her in a post. Man that’s a sign of desperation. Move on people and let’s have a recap on the positivity that has presented itself in the past few weeks!!

Just been on Wireless website and the full festival is a sell out now. Given Melody covered this last year and existing relations, I’m optimistic that Wireless will be ‘in discussions’ with Melody to cover once again to have exposure to additional revenue. Just my opinion!
