Consider the infrastructure needed to execute a tour / concert. With Melody as a Commerical partner, all content of a concert could be banged out in days. You need the equipment, artist (on form), a location (anywhere)..... An artist does need to be touring in the traditional sense to be touring in a VR sense. This is a whole brand new rev stream for record labels... they’re gonna be all over this. And Melody have most big names under license and agreement....

To reach the dizzying heights of the largest social Media platforms out there (you time, FB, Insta), no disrespect to the BOD, they cannot do this alone.

They know this and have executed on a micro scale of what this company, the tech etc is capable of. Now the artists may not be the Gagas, Biebers and the Swifts of this world but can you imagine the revenue generated if they were to do this. Melody isn’t gonna do this without a significant partner, that being Apple or FB. And both of these big players know this. They get the tech and agreements Melody already has and they have a serious Revenue stream..... Ifs gonna happen IMO..

Just consider the revenue that 25million views could create in terms of PPV or Advertising? This is the future.... it’s not gonna be packed up and put away the moment international lock downs are lifted. Covid has massively accelerated the market demand for this form of media

So take a step back and have a look what Melody have... and then consider what’s going on behind all this silence.... Would you be at all surprised if a larger corp bought up Melody? Just based on their contractual license / rights set up with current record companies??

There are circa 2700 stocks on the U.K. market surely you have other opportunities. If your tactic is to talk down the share, buy dip then fair play but at least be a bit open about this...?

I’ll be honest, a lot of the self doubt of my investment here has come from such posts like yours and I’ve validly questioned my own judgement but I’ve seen through a lot of it. There has been SUBSTANTIAL big plays and moves made of late in this stock. This speaks volumes.

You know what Petebo. That’s what got my attention this morning. There’s been substantial buy-ins. And the probably don’t give a hoot about the catalogue I’ve been banging on about. They can see the worth of the tech, contracts and current market position this company has.

I’ve been focusing far too much on the end product and not the commercial infrastructure this company has.

I have a feeling this stock will explode. The lack of communication for one is a sure sign that somethings happening. I don’t speak for everyone but we’re all expecting some serious PR offensive at this time to capitalise on COVID but there’s a reason why this hasn’t happened. With Apple taking a position in VR there’s gonna be a serious head to head with FB. Huge corporations that they are I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they hoover up companies like Melody.

I’m actually contemplating increasing my position on this share come Tuesday morning.

Again, I’m invested. Want this company to succeed. I’m not expecting any instant gains and know this company is a slow burner. Perhaps frustration on my part in that this company hasn’t (to date) capitalised on the current social lockdown, we’ve read positive things, just now awaiting the positive actions.

Well what about that extensive catalogue amounting to circa 800 recordings? Why not instantly address demand with that???? Why record more when you already have the resource??
Clearly it’s just me who has an issue with this.......
If I’m in London when the AGM is on you can be assured I’ll be there in attendance and will be asking many probing questions to ascertain exactly what we have and what we don’t have.

Is it not uncommon for users here on LSE to perhaps collectively discuss and bring to the attention of others; news worthy, verified and accurate sources of information. Yes, DYOR but also can someone not ask another for a simple accessible link to such information if it’s already been sourced?

Users posting links...... What a silly notion. You could say I’m being lazy in asking for someone to ‘deliver’ me such information, ok... I don’t want to have to trawl the internet for hours to find this information you refer to, perhaps I’m relying on other users ‘generosity’ to help here.... Is this that really as so much to ask?

I for one would not deprive anyone of news worthy finds related to any share which there is a common interest. I want to find this article, relieve my doubts and move forward with full confidence....

The whining you are referring to in my case appears to be me questioning the significant ‘stock’ the remains unreleased. I came here asking for assistance in finding links and material sources that can reinforce that this exists.

Now rather than perhaps being helpful and providing a link, you’ve gone off the rails. Which leads me to conclude that perhaps you are also without any substantial sources that this asset of circa 800 recordings exists and you’ve simply gone into denial mode.
