As for item No.10, my view is that Trump means it. Guess who said this? "I have said from the beginning that I unfortunately believe the American president is serious about this (takeover of Greenland)?" - None other than Mette Frederiksen, the Danish prime minister.

Trump is on record saying repeatedly that he wants to takeover Greenland for economic and defence reasons. Trump genuinely believes that safeguarding the Arctic is safeguarding the US. Moreover, he does not have any confidence whatsoever in the European nations in dealing with the Chinese and Russians expansionist intentions into the Arctic. Russia moved into Crimea and then mainland Ukraine under the nose of the European nations. And these nations are now begging Trump for security guarantees for Ukraine, quite laughable. Only now is there a growing realisation among European nations that it has to take more responsibility for its own security in ways it hasn’t fully done before. Who pushed NATO countries to increase their defence spending?

I am also keenly waiting to find out what 80M has to say regarding the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant when the next update come out. In particular on (a) Production restart and sales revenue (b) Conversion of the 5 MOUs into definitive agreements (c) Receipts of the Italian government grants.

CC - Take a look at this recent article (15.12.25) which provides a broker’s analysis of Neste (link below). The stock has more than doubled from its April 2025 lows, though it remains around 60% lower over a three-year view. Share price recovery now seems to be on a decent ascend due to company specific reasons (e.g. management change) and factors relating to the bigger picture.

With regard to the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant, 80M has 5 MOUs. Two of the MOUs cover SAF. Please see RNS of 28 October 2025 for details. We are now waiting for the MOUs to be converted to definitive agreements as I had already highlighted in my post on 1 December 2025.

As we close the year, I thought it would be interesting and useful to take stock of 80M’s ‘significant’ successes and failures in 2025.

SUCCESSES

1. Secured a JV partner for Jameson Land, and an agreement was reached to drill in 2026.

2. Secured an upfront payment of US$500,000 from the JV partner regarding the Jameson Land.

3. Secured a new JV partner as replacement for KoBold Metals for Disko, and an agreement was reached to drill in 2026.

4. The court case was won against Digitile's claims for more than €12 million in damages and ownership of the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant, thus closing the outstanding litigation.

5. Acquired 100% ownership of the Hydrogen Valley asset.

6. Secured 5 MOUs for feedstock supply and offtake agreements for the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant. One of the MOUs is with one of the world's largest integrated energy companies, a publicly listed business ranked in the top 10% of the Fortune 500. This entity is a globally recognised, vertically integrated leader in refining, petrochemicals and logistics.

7. Monetised Kangerluarsuk asset by executing a final Asset Purchase Agreement with Amaroq Minerals, confirming sale terms of US$500,000 in Amaroq shares plus US$1.5m contingent payment on discovery.

8. Disposed of its interest in 6,250,000 ordinary shares of Metals One for £1,739,006.

​9. A rise in the share price from 0.27p at the start of the year to 0.52p at the end of the year (please see below).

FAILURES

1. The Dundas project was neither developed nor monetised.

2. Disko not drilled.

3. No production restart at the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant.

4. No receipt of grants from the Italian central/regional governments for the Ferrandina (Greenswitch) plant.

FERRANDINA (GREENSWITCH) BIOFUELS PLANT

❖ Full ownership of the plant secured

❖ Five commercial developments secured as MOUs (To be confirmed as definitive agreements in due course)

JAMESON LAND

❖ Definitive agreement reached with March GL as the JV partner.

❖ Drilling in 2026 (Regulatory approval to be confirmed in due course)

Notable disappointments in the period from 20 December 2023 to 20 December 2025:

❖ Failure to drill Disko in 2024 or 2025

❖ Failure to restart production at the plant as originally announced.

I contacted 80M and asked what happened to Premier Miton Group plc and whether they have sold out. I got this information back. PMG have NOT sold out. On the contrary, they participated in the latest fundraising, and as a result have increased their shareholding. They are still a large shareholder, but just under 3% because the total number of shares in issue has increased from 4,567,127,203 (in November 2025) to 4,967,127,203 (now).

I am pleased that PMG have not only sold out but increased their holding. I have nothing more to add at the moment. If anyone is interested in pursuing this matter further, I would suggest you contact 80M or PMG (link below). I think a poster here is a PMG shareholder.
