Maybe there is a case for targetting non-chemo drugs to the tumour, IDK.
Targetting other drugs to other targets that have upregulated FAP I can understand (arthritis for instance), but it doesn't seem to be saying that.

I agree MrR. Four cohorts with 'remarkably consistent' data should allow them to predict future data from increased doses, with the proviso that there is no tipping point/cliff edge that they know about or suspect or fear. They know their job; I'm sure they'll select an appropriate, if cautionary dose. Would be great though if we could move swiftly up the dosage levels.

...might be interesting to follow today. If up relative to sector movement with no significant PNT news announced then Avacta's news will have registered. If no change then Avacta is still currently below the radar over there or, more likely, link with Avacta isn't widely known. Of course, it'll probably go down!

Have to agree with JRDC. Shares being transferred from greedy to sticky hands. For the real money, this is a longterm hold as we follow progress of chemo without side effects coming to patients in need..

I was kind of hoping there would be a further DE or few, but in parallel with Phase Ib starting, just to see how far this could be pushed and to provide greater flexibility in dosing. But to continue the DEs without starting Phase Ib means they want to obliterate tumours, and believe they can with muiltiples of th estandard doxorubicin dose.

I see a lot of scientific papers about the use of Affimer® technology in pharmacology but I don't see any agreements with major pharma companies, or any agreements other than the one with LG Chem (a small part of LG Chem, a major global chemicals company) and Daewoong Pharmaceuticals. Why is that?

Because they are employee share schemes... What I don't know is what level of employee each refer to...
