News of a peer-reviewed paper from Avacta about AVA6000 or pre|CISION would be good. I've never known a drug candidate go so far so anonymously! Just the one conference poster abstract per NCE, neither of them peer-reviewed. They must have enough data to fill an article. Let the scientific community - in both academia and industry - see and evaluate the success story for themselves.

Could be recruitment of terminally ill (metastasised) low/no anthracycline-dosed STS patients for Phase 1a, as we had a case in C3 already. I'm sure the clinicians would like to see at this early stage how STS responds to high AVA6000 dosing.

Could also be recruitment now of suitable patients for Phase 1b, but those patients will surely not have had, so will be without, standard of care doxorubicin until Phase 1b starts in ?September/October. A long time from now to be without chemo?

On reflection, I'm not sure whether it is 3x 10kW Power Towers strung together or a new more compact discrete single unit. There is afterall a fair amount of redundant space in 3x Power Towers. And a single unit is easier to locate and move around a construction site than 3 joined units.

(And, incidentally, I don't understand why just stringing Power Towers together should be 'coming soon' rather than being available already - maybe there are complex electronics, synch'ed fuel supply, etc needed for serial connections.)

There's a lot of things I don't understand. Another one is why 12 x 2.5kW S series air cooled fuel cell generator module "delivers 400% power versus the original [4 x 2.5kW modules] H-Power Tower". 300% power or 200% more I understand, but 400%? Must surely be increased efficiency in putting all together in a single unit?

I think we can expect a few things to happen next week:

- PIs will buy on enthusiasm about the preclinical AVA3996 and clinical AVA6000 data and AS's explanatory presentation, and in anticipation of more positive (science and financial) business news with the YE results.

- Those looking for a view of future revenue will wait.

- Heights will get more shares and start selling them into any SP rise.

The following week the SP will fall on continued Heights selling, lack of a view of future revenue, and profit taking by traders.

If we get clear strategy intentions for Diagnostics and Therapeutics divisions on the 25th, particularly about the pre|CISION platform, then I think the SP will hold up well and may continue upwards - assuming those looking for future revenue to support the SP can see a strong light very near the end of the tunnel!

Avacta's pre|CISION™ platform and precision medicine or precision oncology are not the same thing in a strict sense.

Avacta's branded platform is a clever play on words: before (pre) [slicing symbol] cutting (cision, same root as scissors). Whilst there is targetting to FAP for the cutting, the presence of FAP is a well known general feature of epithelial tumours.

Precision medicine is about drugs targetted to individuals' genetic make-up.

IF they have been patented then they are eggs that may never become chickens; a wasting asset. Happy to have my worries about this minor point allayed if someone can show me the IP covering them. Or show a complete absence of IP coverage although I would question the ability to pass the non-obvious patentability test if the same leaving group as in either AVA6000 or AVA3996 is used. If a different leaving group is used, well, then any pharma company can have a go at making and patenting their own version if Avacta/Bachovchin don't have adequate coverage.

Thanks ES. I didn't see that in my usual views of the trial details (as in the OP and the update comparison view). Were there MeSH terms there at the previous updates?

MeSH terms are aids to searching - words or phrases from a strict hierachical ontology that describe concepts. The words and phrases themselves may or may not appear in the free text. For example, 'neoplasms' and 'digestive system' don't appear anywhere in the trial description.
