The Golden goose out of all this mess that is 'Railsbank', is being used as future income for The Scallymen, they get to keep 100% of it all, and it costs them nothing. Seeders, they get to keep the raise minus the fees. Either way, on £20,000 p/a revenue generation, it's not looking so great is it.. Will need an almighty pump & dump to get the seeds backers back in front and on an even keel. Its been overtaken and its Dying on its feet. Its over.
