Summary,
As far as I am aware this is the hearing to to have the full injunction hraring and it will likely be granted.
We have already processed the paperwork to nullify the illegally obtained receivership, likely set aside in due course.
the license grant is at presidential level, so chiefs will have some annoyance at ground level but nothing a few greased palms for the lunda people wont sort.
Anglo have known the area for 30 years and more, they will know every skeleton and everything Arc has had to deal with, warts and all. Given their last few years and restructure this JV would off been been the most thorough of diligence and they were obviously not worried about anything this mushinge can throw at them. So I am not quite sure why some of the more 'experienced investors' who seem ot be able to see things we mere PI cant see have such a worry and concern.
The ongoing concern IMO is the actual long term goal of finding a Tier 1, even a Tier 2 at this rate, location is fantastic, but we are a couple of years away from finding something. After September and before Christmas we will see drilling RNS commence.
Yes the delay is frustrating and if people are venting fine but as far as the company is concerned IMO this is a floor, may trickle a bit further etc, but if you believe in AA and the area and the likely hood us finding decent grades then its a good opportunity to hoover up little by little to accumulate a good position.
This is certainly not a quick win right now but a longer term play. IMO and the big BIG money is finding a Tier 1 which i give about 10% although I do think we will find production level tier 2 even from initial 3 holes and the new priorities, i think we find valuable copper. IMO DYOR
My 2 Cents - Hold / Trade other stocks, accumalate slowly over time not advice just my outlook and opinion.
