Bit disappointing to see a placing but its being used to accelerate their projects. Note they are looking at further aquisitions whenever they have raised few weeks later we get news on another acquisition. They are clearly looking at something and will update. Wonder what it could be.

The funds raised from the Placing and the Retail Offer will be principally used to accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy, including the advancement of the recently acquired CAKE business and Bake Cryptocurrency Platform, and potentially via further acquisitions. Further announcements will be made by the Company in due course as appropriate.

Hard to tell if they are buys as delayed from last week, could they be warrants or lanstead selling would explain the pullback we had last week? But we are all holding very well considering its well up from low 1s last week.

Just some profit taking allowing it to consolidate, we hit highs of 3.65 which I had target for the cup but didnt break so expected profit taking. Buyers will step back in now ahead of next news which is due and see 4.5 All time high being tested.

What an opportunity given to add before semnet listing update. Expecting to hear something this week as we approach the end of the 3 months mentioned.

When the company says that peers who are at similar stage to them are valued between £550-£1.4 billion which is between £1.32-£3.36 then know these are worth alot more than 4p (16.6mil mcap) and there is still a huge upside from these levels. They are looking at licensing deals with companies who have shown significant interest in their product and these events will allow to advance their talks. Remember potential sales is ~$4billion.

We should be in double digits already, but profit takers from lows/warrants/landstead held it down. All good new investors took advantage and now we go higher.

Licensing deals

The company is actively pursuing global licensing agreements, riding the wave of a growing trend in the biopharma industry. According to recent trends, immunology and autoimmune drug assets are in high demand, with eleven deals exceeding $1 billion in the sector from 2023 to late September 2024.

Could well see news by end of week or early next week about these meetings.

This is certainly just the start, will be have ups and downs but overall the trend is up. Just have to look through the rns and know we could be getting global licensing deals anytime. Other deals have gone for £1billion+ which was highlighted for a reason. Company believes mcap should be between £550-£1.4billion at this moment. Current mcap is less than £15m. Huge upside from here.
