A definitive Feasibility Study published in April 2014 confirms the project's viability to deliver an exceptionally high-grade iron product (99.5% Fe) called High Purity Iron which commands a premium in the market place. The shallow mineralised resource of 56.4 million tonnes of ore grading 1.12% V205 is approximately twice the grade of other Vanadium resources that are currently being mined and processed within the Bushveld Complex. Ironveld plc is an exploration and development company incorporated in England and Wales and listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.

The Bushveld is a metallogenic province covering approx. 66,000km2 in the north of South Africa. It hosts many mineral deposits, including platinum group metals, Vanadium, Chrome, Palladium and Rhodium.

Following initial sample production, the plant will ramp up to 24-hour operations, targeting an initial output of 5,000 tonnes ("t") per month. Capacity will increase to 15,000t per month after installation and commissioning of a second, larger ball mill in March/April 2025.

A firm initial offtake agreement has been secured for 500t per month, with demand from this end user estimated at around 1,000t per month.

· A tender bid is currently being prepared for an additional 5,000t - 7,500t per month, with strong confidence in securing this contract due to the significantly lower logistical costs versus competitors, enabled by the close proximity of Ironveld's plant to the buyer.

· Other strong expressions of interest are currently being reviewed from both DMS traders and end users.

Certainly a good time to be accumulating at these levels before news lands in the coming weeks.

Offtake agreements for the DMS grade magnetite product are at an advanced stage, and we have potential to sell significant quantities into Mozambique, as well as locally in South Africa, where we are currently in the bidding process for a tender as previously communicated on February 12, 2025.

Discussions with potential offtake partners for ore sales are progressing positively, with strong interest from multiple parties targeting export markets.

Encouragingly, demand for our material has exceeded expectations, with new enquiries and requests for product coming in on a consistent basis.

Whilst 10p is a target that could easily be seen this week, just note they are targeting a business with a £30m valuation minimum, that would take it the sp to £2.70. Once they have got their target in mind expect new board members to join with strong background.

Fonzi all companies do that but here they have funding from abo at the moment coming in which is sufficient for them until the they do rto where funding will be required so having the right to issue shares in place is important to have available when needed.

I highly doubt they will suspend now after listing just few days ago. They could have kept it suspended and mentioned they found a target and come back once completed.

Where there are sellers there are buyers waiting for the opportunity to add on the dip and take advantage of the Friday sellers.

Main market listed shares don't issue speeding ticket. Before they suspend they will announce what market they are targeting. After that they will do their due diligence and then suspend at the same time they announce their acquisition. They have 3 months I would say to announce possible targets, as abo funding is rolling every 3 months basis.

Someone paying 1.3, over ask as nt and then somone sells for 1.133 crazy. Think they should check to see if you can buy first.

Yes there is demand for these shares and soon as we get further news it will really go.

I say by end of June these will be over 0.2s imo.
