It's hard to say what it will sell for. I guess when the resource is expanded, and drill reports are fully out.. there will be many a guestimate on true value of metals in the ground.. but we know fine well that is not the price which the sale will be at.
This impending resource upgrade will certainly add a lot of value and make this a really attractive asset for someone to acquire.. but whoever takes it will have a fair few processes before it becomes a working mine. So, with that in mind we have to accept it will be much smaller than "true" value. We had (back in late spring) on here speculated on a sale price. It was suggested back then that even 3% to 5% of the true "value" would be huge.. many times today's market cap, without the resource upgrade.
I'm not going to suggest a price, as I honestly don't have a clue. But I do know that this resource is high quality (very high), in an area that is set up for mining and has active mines, in a country whose Government will be helpful with progressing the project and working with the new owner, contains oodles of high grade Zinc which price is currently trading at 10 year highs, and is (even in a worst case scenario) going to earn us a huge chunk of change on a sale.
I stick by my prediction from way back of a share price over 30p on that event. (secretly thinking mid 30's to 40p)..
