"You'll spoil imaright's bank holiday weekend posting this - If his Pi55 wasn't already boiling it will be now "
Well, let's not take any chances on that.

It seems like the Tories do still have friends.
"they will be purchased with a stranglehold mortgage by hardworking people and we know who will be getting the rental ones and who will be paying the rent?"
Lloyds do state a commitment to increasing social housing, but this is not through being a social landlord. They campaign and they finance the social housing sector. Citra homes appear to be all for either rent only, or rent to buy. I see it increasing product sales indirectly in the long term by persuading more renters to become purchasers. I dont believe that any of those new homes you mention will help large families whose sole income is state benefit. I assume from your comment this is a specific prospect that concerns you. Gloucester LHA limit is £276.16 a week for a 4 bed house and looking at comparator prices https://www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/houses/4-bedrooms/gloucester/ suggests that it isn't really you that has to worry.
"What idiot buys 1 share?"
Someone who doesn't pay any transaction fees, I'd guess? Which would make that idiot pretty clever. "Pathetic and desperate" could also be true of someone who chews the balls off landlords and trashes Lloyds on a chat forum every day.
The 2025 and 2030 targets were very unrealistic and suggested they didn't really understand the development process for new housing starts. I dont expect CITRA will ever become a massively profitable income stream, but it will have value in engaging future purchasers. Presumably in the long term the housing stock they own will also see capital appreciation.
"READ DEEP ENOUGH TO GET A FEEL FOR THE PROGRESS AND CONTRIBUTION BROUGHT TO THE TABLE OF CITRA LIVING"
no, but they haven't scaled up volume anywhere as quickly as they set targets to, so I suspect its small beans.
i like their strategy though, hooking people in for later purchases.

"Remind me of the Pink Floyd wish you were here" thats a beautiful record, a tribute to Syd Barrett.
Sadly much of the dialogue here reminds me of "In the Flesh" from The Wall in 1979, four years on.
"And that one looks Jewish and that one's a coon
Who let all this riffraff into the room?
There's one smokin' a joint and another with spots
If I had my way, I'd have all of you shot"
"Meanwhile, Iranian drones are made with lawnmower engines"
A shahed 136 drone has a 50 kg warhead, top speed of 115mph and a range of 1550 miles; that definitely gives it an edge over my old Mountfield. If this was intended to be a great show of strength, then its left Iran looking a bit crap. Just hope it doesn't escalate further.
"Any suggestions as to online banks"
fd have been excellent in my experience, but they wont offer you products from any other providers.
possibly the delay with hl is you are using them as an intermediary to access other providers products.
why do you need four different easy access accounts?
"hasn't broken 50p yet."
"It was 55p two years ago at this time"
Yes, as I said I carried a big loss in March 2020. This came form buying a lot at much higher than 55p.
I mean in this current rally it has not convincingly broken 50p yet.
