A very positive insight, and it's all on the table and the place to be, if you're in the drilling for oil game.

With the SpaceX IPO hoovering up liquidity and getting hyped everywhere, I'm not too bothered if we don't hear this week, or this month tbh. The UPL AGM has historically scheduled its AGM for the fourth Friday in July.

Buys outstripping sells by over 4 to 1 and now looks to be gaining some momentum.

So today:

8,465,380 UPL shares were sold based on no news and just a lack of optimism with progress.

7,148,407 UPL shares bought from people who think otherwise.

That difference between shares bought and shares sold doesn't really warrant any panic selling. It's just a difference of circa - £32,500 on the day on a £ 50 million Mcap.

I picked a few shares up at 2.66 yesterday with the remaining allowance in my ISA.

Am just looking at today's activity rationally and may pick a few more up next week if I have a few quid lying about after the holiday weekend.

• Further to the Company's announcement on 17 February 2026, Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) announces that it has received the attached PDMR Notices from Directors and Officers in respect of Subscriptions to Purchase 31,371,428 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 3.5p for proceeds of £1,098,000.

£2.4 million in buys from key people who know more than everyone on this board, and the share is trading at a discount right now.

Be patient. What's not to like?

Given the decent amounts lumping in before open at 2.30 pm, I hope we can get it past the 3.6p it found resistance at.

Anyone got any idea why the board were able to buy in at 3.5p, and the US Investors were offered a lower buy-in at 3.1p?

I'm just curious about this, as I read the RNS, and I don't recall reading who the US investors are and why that deal would be offered, so just trying to make it make sense.

Large Buys, Little Sells.

Given the global turmoil out there, this share is holding up very well.

It looks like some solid investors are accumulating a decent amount of shares during this time as well.

If it is Tune exiting, someone with deep pockets is buying it up, as the stock price is holding up well.

Sounds like you're all in bareback right to the hilt on this one JS. The thesis being an underwriter isn't going to make $100 Million available for no reason at all......

If the seller was Tune, with the share price holding at 3p and the buyer was Bruner buying in lower than his 5p option, what does that do to the share price ?

I'm thinking the 1m seller is an ATM offering, with UPL raising funds on the good news to support the growth of the company and that will be the next RNS. I hope we get that very soon, so the share can increase and the company aswell as the long-term shareholders can get some comfort moving forward.

When they started a few weeks ago, I thought it was buys from a large buyer with a big order in place, but now I think it's the company selling into the market to acquire cash flow. Those 1m trades look to be accurately timed around steady buying pressure and appear to be taking the steam out of the share price.
