Star, you said, "Let’s see what Frontera say".
Do you think we will hear from them!?
Personally I do not read too much into wshak trying to close at 0.06p.
This is less than 25% of the value of the SP from 24/12 so he is trying to get people to panic and sell.
Hope this does turn out good but we’ve heard nothing and everything is speculation at the moment.
A stay as far as I understand is a temporary halt on the case, which is us against Hope, which I’m not sure is a good thing, it will drag it out and what will happen to the injunction?
Hopefully not long to wait to find out the outcome from tomorrow’s hearing
My only experience of a 'stay' in court is when I was claiming the unlawful bank charges.
I successfully got a rebate from Natwest, but with Abbey National it went all the way to court, had one hearing and then I think due to all the claims they were no longer admitting claims to the local courts and my claim was 'stayed', I never heard another thing about it and never successfully took Abbey to court.
This maybe totally different, but I would not assume an OOCS has been reached, I hope it has, time will tell and lets hope we get a successful outcome.
Yeah bugsy, I understand that. I was replying to Ivy saying that the below was 2nd April '18 not the 4th Feb '19
2018-04-02 delete person Tim Thomson
2018-04-02 insert person Tim Thompson
It's American formatted date, that was 2nd April 2018 where the delete and insert happened
to all for the tons of information posted and everyone involved in the new shareholder group.
StarRage, I for one appreciate that you posted links to the court documents, we would all be a lot more in the dark if you had not.
I'm hopeful that something good will still come of the situation, or that at least the new shareholder group will be able to get some communication with Zaza.
Interested to know what bugsy's latest post means though.
GLA
Some great posts here today.
Thanks guys!
I agree also that it seems a lot of price sensitive information has been withheld, has this been done in shareholders interest??
It was also mentioned we could get paid a dividend, that would not suit me as I would get taxed at 32.5%, I'm sure others are also in the same situation, it is bad enough to lose the ISA wrapper, dividends would be worse as I wouldn't have a choice of which tax year it affected.
Supdsoil, hink that is a big if.
Remember Zaza stated ud-2 had a 90% chance of success.
At the moment it feels like we have 90% chance of failure!
Good luck in getting that Finn, we may never hear from him again.
I am not saying we wont, just that it is a possibility.
Let's see what happens, if share holder meetings do continue as stated by Yellow Jersey then in my opinion they will only happen if there is a positive outcome. So I look forward to the next meeting!
RR, in principal you are correct but now we are not regulated would we know if the majors have since walked away after the delisting?
Regular communication is now more important from our point of view and hopefully this is what the share holder group will achieve, understand it is sensitive and we have to give them space due to the court case.
I would appreciate an update from the company in some form soon though.
If it does go all pair-shaped then I would also be interested in su-ing Cairn like StarRage as suggested, I was not a shareholder in 2016, but when I done research in 2017 the information regarding the interest payment was not published and we have only learnt of it due to the default. Well even then we were not away they had defaulted on a $2m interest payment, the court case documentation revealed this.
I think they would have known in 2016 that an interest payment was due in 2018, but they did not state it. We all thought the Outrider debt was clear until 2020.
We should have known and in my opinion I think this is partly to do with the nomad resignation
I agree that at the share holder he could not say much about the default.
I do believe that we should have known that a $2m interest payment was due in 2018 as people may not have increased their positions.
At the time we all believed the Outrider was triggered due to the incorrectly claimed YA default.
What's done is done and hopefully we will come out of this mess.
Received the test email with thanks.
It is actually more than that 134.2tcf http://www.kylesconverter.com/volume/cubic-meters-to-trillion-cubic-feet
Well there is my 3 posts today regardsing the same thing, which has past the time for 10 minutes.
Now lets get back to waiting for some news re court case or anything else!
sorry 3.8tcm = 107.6tcf
AJW, read it again is stated 3.2 tcm (meters) not feet
3.2tcm is equal to 84.95tcf
Devex, sorry for post, I had not refreshed
You're all doing a grand job
Shedulike, I thought it was mentioned last week that the first communications would be over the weekend.
I have not received an email or seen any posts so I was wondering the status also.
Understand everyone has day jobs and are busy.
But an update of some kind even if short and sweet would be nice but the work and effort you guys are doing to set this up is amazing and very much appreciated.
Goit, I believe the raise is margins of delisted companies is usually to 100% and this was reduced to 50%.
Maybe wrong, but pretty sure I read that over the past day or two somewhere which is why people are seeing it as good news.
