Profit before tax was a big improvement on last year and although this year will be challenging this has probably been oversold now. WH Ireland have altered their target price to 42p and outperform.

It is indeed surprising that, considering the rise, there has not been more discussion on here. I is clearly still under the radar.

Oh, they have MRR with big blue chip companies, but this alone is not really having any impact on the SP. Dilution is okay if it is put to good use. I am currently watching this with interest, nothing more. You have clearly seen potential that I haven't. Hope it pays off for you but as you say, "The risk is things don't go to plan."

The options announced in the RNS are likely to see the directors taking an additional 4 million shares during the next 3 years - therefore dilution. Although this is incentive based I feel it would have better to have seen the directors buying shares on the open market. This would have done more for the SP and also instilled investor confidence. What OUT really needs are some big contract awards to be won and not just impressive big name partners.

The RNS that showed only £0.5m MRR or £6m P.A. For a company with a M/Cap of £35, this seems to be quite small.

Back in January III suggested that BGEO was would be one of the top performing shares of 2013 and they were right. A 140% rise for a FTSE 250 stock is excellent. I sold having made a gain of about 40% although it turned out to be the right decision as I bought into COMS and have made a gain of over 400%. This is an extremely well run bank and I'm sure that 2014 will be another good year.

MM's may be happy to sit on them and sell them as the prices rises.

There has certainly been a marked turnaround in trades in the last 2 sessions. This could move quickly now.

The 600k - £120k sell was Sigma as detailed in yesterday's RNS. The sale was on 20th and 275k of these were mopped up by directors buying. This news was out there yesterday and it hasn't had any detrimental effect on the SP, which has closed at its highest level in about 22 months. Not too sure about the other 400k sell.

Etive Capital have reduced their holding slightly.

I agree, One of the big multinational pharmaceutical companies could buy this with the change in their back pocket.

All at 0.11p. Investec have also reduced their holding so maybe the Directors are just mopping up their shares to prevent the SP falling.

Black Rock increased holding by about 270,000 and now hold over 10%. No real - SP down another 1.3%.

The retrace has provided an excellent buying opportunity. The placing offer was heavily oversubscribed at 62p so all that is required is a little patience.
