Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
I'll second that, great to hear Mark talking about the contracts wins, the company's prospects and its USP. http://bit.ly/2x17Dux
Perhaps the approach that Mr Anderson made was a phone call to REDS and he spoke to someone on the switchboard or perhaps if it was late on and he spoke to a cleaner :@)
AP are also very much into VOIP!!!!!! And other loss making things that the old COMs did prior to MB becoming CEO. I very much doubt that any offer will be forthcoming. Our Board will still be working to achieve the SP that will give them their maximum number of share options at the end of next year. Therefore they are unlikely to be interested in offers from anyone at the present time.
We just ditched Telecoms to due to the fact that it was so loss making. I don't see any benefits of going down that road again. We seemed to be progressing nicely by just concentrating on smart buildings. Surely the Board would treat this as a hostile takeover. I can't see many shareholders being impressed by some company that wants to get us back into Telecoms. The only benefits I can see in this announcement are an initial surge in the SP and perhaps other interested parties coming out of the woodwork.
So another holdings RNS will be out soon.
I imagine we will get another holdings RNS either later today or tomorrow revealing who has taken Helium's holding. Also nice to see the spread having reduced from 10p to 2p.
It's been a long time since we have appeared on the Share Risers Board, but hopefully we are now starting to see company's recent successes being reflected in the SP.
My average would have been better but for a top up I made in April 2014, so my large buy last week at just below 122p has reduced my average significantly.
Johndean mentioned earlier that it was not possible to buy £1000 worth. Therefore I suspect that in early trading a large brokerage may have bought up as many shares as they could get in order to get clients with "Advisory Accounts" to obtain them at a set price. This would explain the the large trades appearing after 16.30. The contract they announced with GS on 19th is for Infrastructure whereas this one is for IBC and DAS and is therefore different to the one announced last week. It is therefore further evidence of cross selling of the Company's products to the same client. Also we have the additional contract to install IBC and DAS in a slightly smaller 18 storey building. The contracts that we are currently winning with big blue chip companies should open more doors and lead to further contract wins as other companies become aware of the benefits of working within a truly smart building. It made me feel confident enough to almost double the size of my holding last week and reduce my average even further. However only time will tell if I've made the right decision. I'm just thankful that I didn't leave it until today as it sounds as though I would have had difficulty buying such a quantity. Trades today show as 2050 sold and 799650 bought. Hopefully these levels of buys along with the recent contracts wins will finally see the SP making some progress.
After reading today's excellent news prior to looking at the SP I was expecting at least a double digit rise. It does seem odd that such good news is not impacting the SP.
Thanks for sharing that. Going by today's rise his message appears to have been well received.
With a holding of 8.8823% CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC who manage $31.3B of assets. Do these II's know something???
Melody Goldman Sachs building had been referred to as being 1.1m Square Feet however I now understand other reports refer to 850,000 Square Feet, therefore I agree that it will be GS. Thanks for the correction. Still a brilliant contract to have won.
You do not have to be a rocket scientist or detective to be able to identify which building this contract is for: Just read the following article that was in the Evening Standard in June 2017 about the new Google HQ at King's Cross. It states that Google's new building will be 870,000 square feet and the RNS refers to the contract for this client being 850,000 square feet. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/revealed-googles-plan-for-vast-new-london-hq-with-pool-running-trail-and-fiveaside-pitch-a3554121.html At the AGM I asked MB about the possibiity of Cross-Selling other products to the client with whom we have the IBC Contract and he was positive about the possibility. Today's RNS is clear evidence that Google have real confidence in RedstoneConnect and it is fantastic news for the company as supplying Google with other products such as One-Space must be a strong possibility. I work right next to where the Google building is going up and regularly speak to the those working on the site. At present the foundations are being laid. The building will be as long as The Shard is tall and it will no doubt be one of the most high-Tech buildings in the world - with the help of RedstoneConnect. TOP-UP TIME :)
Perhaps those 100,000 shares went straight to JO Hambro. Hambro's and Helium's holdings are now almost identical.
Worzel You have always been very negative about this company and I imagine that you will continue in this vein and I doubt that you will ever invest here. You also know where to look for information about the company therefore I suggest that you do your own research and never make decisions based on advice on BB's.
"why" not by.
Worzel If you really think that's a good idea then I suppose that you've also invested in REAT (Down 53% in a year) and TOOP (Down 80% in a year). Perhaps you should be asking yourself by a "Boutique" Fund manager like J O Hambro have increased their stake to over 10%!!!
GB The market here certainly is a bit strange at the moment, perhaps this is the prelude to some news. By the way one other amendment to your earlier post. His surname is KHAN, not Kahn :@)
Quadrupled my holding here today getting in at 222.65 with all the money that I got following the takeover of Shawbrook. With Shawbrook, (also a Challenger bank) having been gobbled up, I wouldn't be surprised if this one is next. I got 340p per Shawbrook Share and would be quite happy with a similar takeover figure here.
