Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Really we need Andy or Eddie to draw out the contents if possible, as they know more of what's been going on within the company .If this could be drawn up I'm sure all shareholders would put all the names to it and demand an in depth investigation .
Can we not send a letter from all us shareholders out lining the main points for an investigation. To the serious fraud office.surly they have to take a look into it.
I have sent an email also to aim regulation and will also be writing to my local MP Keep in touch .
aimregulation@lseg.com is were we need to write to. Also second what UCL was saying if everyone else has a few moments do the same ,you never know. Keep in touch.
Good on you Goatmaster. Its a real shame Eddie and Andy have gone quiet I think there is more we could of done as a collective.
I will also send a email regarding this adding the short selling at discounts that crashed this share price and for what. Its all to easy to just give up.the ex BOD need to be held accountable for their actions.
Would be a good if we could send all shareholders a mail shot to ask them all to send emails then they would have to sit up and listen.Hope shareholders are not going to just let this go.
Im glad you guys have not given up . (well done goatmaster).Yes well worth doing, £55 million of recorded assets can not be worth nothing. I Agree with UCL a template would be good.It would be nice to hear back from eddie and andy also.keep in touch everyone. all the best.
No but they should.BHR is fraudulent all the way IMOP seriously needs to be investigated.
We should have taken legal counsel and further meetings to give up is letting this crooks get away with there pockets full of your money.we should of put a injunction on the assets so it would have made it hard to sell them.
would be nice to hear from the administration team as to what the hell is going on and how much Minas de Moatize mine got at aution by vitol.I think the lack of information to the shareholders is disgusting.
I think writing to the FCA and MPS would not hurt, even the fraud office should be informed after all we were told we own these assets and they are worth £55million and that's what I invested into. Now to be told that's not the case is fraud and should be reported .I think this needs to be legal investigated .Just thought another shareholders meeting to discuss this would have been a good way forward as I think we would have a good case.
So are we as a group going to have a second shareholders meeting as to going forward and discuss the possibilities of legal action. As I for one think we as shareholders should be getting legal counsel. There is so much wrong with this .surly were not all given up.
Baker Tilly have been going through BHR with no stone unturned, that's there job right. So seven months on they must have found out BHR is a front for fraudulent activity every about it stinks.so with there final report surly we could take legal proceedings against them and companies involved.
How hard can it be ,the assets belong to the shareholders. clear and simple.
Yes and to top it all off Baker Tilly have spent months on this which is not free so they had better come up with something good for all the money for they are charging. Something tells me they will be as helpful as the FCA.It seems all to much effort for these people to bring justice to the table.
If the retired BOD of BHR were not corrupt then their is just one thing they need to do .HAND BACK THE SHAREHOLDERS ASSETS. Its as easy as that.
Is this still away forward for shareholders as its just wrong on so many levels.I to believe BHR should be investigated for fraudulent transactions as for the BOD not helping with the location of the assets just proves the corruption with in. There must be something we could do.
Thanks to Andy and Eddie and everyone else.As for me I'm still in shock that the BOD are not going to be held on grand fraud charges. It total unbelievable and to top it off BAKER TILLY are filling there pockets as well. Great British justice at its best.
Until administration have finished ,guess there's nothing we can do.I still think its madness we have rail allocation and assets valued at around 50/60million ,and know it takes so long to put value on what we have.at least vitol at baker Tilly will do well out of this.
