Knife, agree but most of the stocks without cash flow on AIM are dogs. The money will be made by the day traders who trade sentiment. Sting, sentiment on AIM in general is poor not just here. There just isn't the kind floating around AIM like there was four years ago. I remember when you used to get a rise on spud or anything positive now you get literally nothing and volumes reflect this.

PDG are struggling with KPI's at lucrative sites which should be making money but aren't and the clueless BOD don't know why.

Poker, supermarkets are notorious for driving down suppliers margins. Cutting costs, improved efficiency sounds great on paper but ultimately someone has to pay for it and it's not difficult to see who's gonna end up paying.

Cutting costs which loosely translated means squeezing their suppliers to the brink of collapse.

I'm not surprised you were ignored as the dopey giddy school girls working in recruitment are totally clueless and never worked in a dealership and totally unable to read a automotive retail CV. One of them with the initials 'SS' turned down my friends application for a sales management position despite him having twenty years sales management experience with all the large dealer groups and exceeding KPI's, you just couldn't make it up and hence the best talent isn't being forwarded to the DP. Mr Finn, this needs to change and all CV's should go directly to the DP or Franchise Director. I know you don't care but you're losing talent as a result, great for other dealer groups not so for PDG.

Unfortunately this is a failure of recruitment team. Previously CV's were sent directly to the Dealer Principal who decided which candidates to interview. Now it goes to a recruitment team who are totally clueless and never worked in a dealership and have no idea what skills or requirements are needed for the different departments in the dealership and to often the wrong candidates are being forwarded to the DP. So many talented sales professionals have been lost to rival groups due to the incompetence of the idiots at recruitment and Trevor Finn continues to do nothing about it.
