I'm not surprised you were ignored as the dopey giddy school girls working in recruitment are totally clueless and never worked in a dealership and totally unable to read a automotive retail CV. One of them with the initials 'SS' turned down my friends application for a sales management position despite him having twenty years sales management experience with all the large dealer groups and exceeding KPI's, you just couldn't make it up and hence the best talent isn't being forwarded to the DP. Mr Finn, this needs to change and all CV's should go directly to the DP or Franchise Director. I know you don't care but you're losing talent as a result, great for other dealer groups not so for PDG.
