Clayson inherited themac and slm, he sold themac for peanuts and has likely just had to do much the same in argy. New ceo was probably only too happy to have had clayson in argy while in discussions with new director on how THEY intend to turn this around.
zOcto, I think it's also fair to say that if Clayson is only aware of what was going on UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP and is offloading at a loss he obviously didn't believe the RNS that HE was putting out! I wonder how long Bill Howells will be chariman having strongly supported Clayson when Turney started his action group, especiall y on his reduced salary...............
Monty, you could very well be right BUT Clayson was given his marching orders, by proxy, in early august, he spent the last few weeks of his time in ARGY so chances are he doesn't even know what Craig has been doing for the last few months re turning ECR around. OPITIVA GUY DOES! IMO
Blue, Clayson held all the power here for years and tried his damndest not to have to give it up. His selling of his 1.5 billion in a way means he still is in control...................................of the sp at least anyone who knows this company from way back will remember that Harford, who also went kicking and screaming, did the same Buyers will be thin on the ground right now because of Clayson selling IMO. Long termers see no point in averaging down as it will make little difference to the end game, those that are in here at a reasonable level and waiting for news will likely grab a few more on the drops. Bottom feeders will be watching this like hawks ready to swoop IF a decent, or even half decent RNS lands.IMO Again I point out that the new director, IMO, has NOT set HIS CLIENTS up for a loss here.
A non-binding memorandum of understanding (the “MoU”) was signed between Ochre and Esperanza in May 2015. The MoU provides for discussions aimed at forming a joint venture or other commercial arrangement for the processing of ore from Ochre’s licence areas by Esperanza, and remains in place, albeit that there are no active discussions between Ochre and Esperanza at present. Ochre is prepared to take a patient approach to see the value of its deposits realised, and, in view of the practicalities involved, ECR’s likely preference is for Ochre to partner with an Argentine group, such as Esperanza, in order to advance the SLM project towards production. Recent signs of interest in the SLM project from parties other than Esperanza are encouraging in this regard. Craig mentioned the other day that the "office" in ARGY was closed by Clayson in his oct trip. I suppose this must be OCHRE.....................................could it be Esperanza that are buying our interest???????????
8, Billy no mates...................... because of the 7 you mentioned! PMSL
just had a look back, there was a decent rise on nws that YA had dropped below 10% on 14th sept, it only dropped back after the rns saying Clayson and others were getting shares @.00639. Hopefully a decent reaction in the AM?
Did I miss a post from boloch 'cos I cant see one. "..lets see if you are right... I will not respond to any more comments from Bloch... however IF he continues to post .."
boloch, what I remember from your posts on MTV is that you lost all your money gambling on AIM, no wait a minute, it was much worse than that wasn't it, you said you lost everything you had. I guess which ever way you look at it it's 1 nil to me eh.? If calling me names is therapeutic for the psychological damage caused by your loss I am glad to be of assistance. GET WELL SOON!
or very peed off, he WAS offered cash, just not the full £100K, can't remember the exact figure he was offered but it was MORE than he is getting now............................... sad little man................................ other thing, the ARGY office is closed down which gives me more reason to believe what I posted before................. Craig seems to be streamlining ECR, concentrating on new and current OZZY projects...................NOT running all over the globe on jolly ups.
