They will be cutting back on staff and this will impact on operations, need to get rid of some dead wood management.

SIG which is a different sector, but crucially the concept is the same in that it will sell off to become leaner and cut costs. This will result in it becoming a much smaller player in a big market and margins will be weak. I now believe this will hit 10p next year!

When SIG was 40p very few would have predicted 10p being reached. Mobico which is National Express could soon hit 10p. However, both SIG and Mobico will get back to 40p. In the case of SIG, it will be taken over eventually!

If there was the slightest bit of confidence in a good deal for funding then the re-rate would have already happened. So I think placing at 1p or less and then a period of slight decline or flatness, followed by a rocket to 2p and above.

We will see 2p again!
