Defo pencil looks like they were the ones buying (reducing short) into the close if you look at the 8.5
looks like they started at 116k@141 and kept going into the close yesterday including a 500k position

S&P are lagging information service they got hammered along with moodys back in the financial crisis for lagging info
they would of looked at the annual report together with global transport costs and made an assumption so a 2021 picture
B rating is an excellent rating given to THG before the IPO and we all know what the price was then.

sorry dlong may I ask did you do the 4 separate trades at 9.20-9.24 or the one 438,050 at 9.39

looks like some PI took a leveraged short position of 438,050 at around 7.30 avg in 4 trades between 9.20 and 9.24
It was then hedged/covered by the platform in one trade of 438,050 10 mins later
looks like the platform decided the PI's trade was not a good idea
