I was being misled by the term Iberian, as Iberia encompasses Spain and Portugal. I haven't found it easy to find much info on Iberian Resources but it does seem to be Spain-registered, so I'm sure you are right.

Shows how well this is all going if I'm finding little things like this to think about.

I won't hold that against you ITT ! I would have expected to have been told if it was a payment in advance though, and it seems a lot of cash to give to a company who may not even exist in 2020 (if you believe some opinion here). Not saying it couldn't happen though as pet Carrillion). Not sure how it would work out though with the uncertainty whether we are covering 10, 20 or 30 %.

I can't see where in the report it indicates that the low-case £6m (medium £13m, high £20m) is payable in advance, or this year. What page is that on / where have you got it from ?

Some may be I guess, with possibly more to come later from the mid or high case scenarios. It was recently being reported that a third of meter installations were found to be in notspots as I recall.

Quite right Troajan, and from the tailings to boot, which by its nature will have less concentrate than the freshly mined ore. As others have suggested, ignore the irrelevant disruptive posts and eyes on the bigger prize. Early production isn't quite new news as MM said in the recent interview that commercial deliveries would start in December, but good to see some figures put on it.

Was on my phone earlier but I've grabbed the laptop off of Mrs 2cv now and found the grant RNS.

" The Grant will be paid by the Junta de Extremadura Government to IRS once the fulfilment of all conditions (including the completion of the plant and facilities and meeting the target employment levels), as outlined in the application, have been verified in an audit by the Junta de Extremadura Government. The conditions of the Grant need to be fulfilled by 14 March 2020. "

So not just taking on staff but waiting on the plant completion too - and we know that is ahead of schedule. Wonder what the other conditions are ? I would imagine there has to be employment/production for a minimum period.

Boooger! I was going to get some more next month. Never mind, great to see what was reported by the mine visitors officially announced. So now we are taking on the operations staff early presumably the Extremadura grant will be received earlier than expected too. Anyone remember the terms of the grant ?
