I believe the practice of forward selling should be banned and companies seeking to raise equity finance should instead be encouraged to do so from existing shareholders, and new investors, on equal terms, with preference being given to the former where demand exceeds supply.

Not because i think it’s a sound investment (maybe a profitable gamble) but because it winds so many ex investors up here lol.
