No need for a suitcase, this short selling is the way RSP market makers operate all the time although they may square their position at the end of the day, week or over a longer period. It's different in that it's not borrowed stock so not subject to recall and as such is an unfair advantage but I doubt SETSqx could operate on any level without RSP being able to be short on stock at times
People need to understand how RSPs work to make a market, and money. Having said all that the companies they'll hold a net short position for longer will be the slam dunk placing rubbish. As NTOG are funded seems they've made an arse of this one ;-)
