Family would appear to have done a pretty good job so far, it's just in a part of the sp cycle that looks shit if you got spiked.

'Yes the share has underperformed, mainly due to director/family selling'...it's certainly made it more volatile but as a reason for underperformance, seems a stretch.

It has a similar P/E ratio to ASOS, an eye watering 62, ASOS 75. Market is consolidating a lot of these 'growth' stocks atm, at the fag end of the longest bull market in history, around concerns about interest rates, public and private debt, consumer spending, yadda, yadda, yadda.

The marketing seems effective and the vertical integration of the business is very positive but the market cap at 1.93B and closer to 3.0B before, just got away from itself, it happens.

Unfortunately by the time the taxi driver is tipping BOO to you as a buy it's peaking, for the moment anyway.

Pretty much in a range last three quarters, consolidating the break above that 1998 onwards resistance.
Assuming (!) no major horrors, either it breaks back through the 7000 and if it does convincingly I would take a bet it at least tests the oblique supports in green, or, there is a sideways bounce off the 7000 until a light testing of the support and a further crawl north. I don't think it is a buy yet although that's the index as a whole.

There's always the dull possibility that it really does nothing for 5 years until US inflation catches up with their equity valuations, so no bear cycle just a flat market on one side propped up by a strong US and on the other kept down by whatever other factors are in play.

Cos I'm mostly US it's striking the differences between the US indices and the FTSE and how relatively important timing is for our leading index. If you'd bought at peak 99,07 you would be back in the money, just. For a Dow, Nas trade from the 99,07 peaks its bagger country.

Been going on for months now, it's an AT trade off the ask, as you say usually 200 shares. Imo, as AT trades on SETS are usually what shows as SP and the spread on the book is pretty wide, it's a gentle attempt to make the price sit on ask rather than bid, makes it look better and without L2 you'd be hard put to know what was going on. So wee manipulation to iron out crap closing prices,

My step papa, was a Chrysler gm in the 80's used to bring this home sometimes, looked great from a 12 year olds perspective, still looks alright imo.
