The Company additionally announced that on 28 March 2024, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee made the following conditional award under the Employee Share Ownership Plan 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") to Jean-Benoit Berty, a PDMR of the Company. No consideration was paid for the grant of the LTIP award.
The LTIP award comprises a premium priced Options over 924,930 Shares and a conditional share award over 924,931 Shares. The Options are exercisable at a price of 200 pence per Share.
Lekander has taken his bearish Tesla call further, suggesting the stock could fall to $14 per share. He said his call is based on an estimate that Tesla’s full-year earnings per share this year would be $1.40. Lekander argues that Tesla is a “no growth” stock and should be valued on 10 times forward earnings, versus around 58 times forward earnings currently. Forward earnings are an important metric used by traders to gauge the value of a stock.

November 2022 the share price was around 1.70... revenue was 50 million...even after this blip re the strike they are now saying revenue will be above 40... a significant move up is coming back to historical levels.
Canaccord are in a right mess..they need to sell down stock to pay a large fine coming... they have sold large holdings in many companies...
