The results of the PALOH (Pharmacogenetics to Avoid Loss Of Hearing) study trial, which took place last year using the Genedrive AIHL system, are being discussed by the principle investigator via Zoom on March 8th.

Hopefully the study trial results will give our system the endorsement needed to kick start sales on it's launch with our sales partner, Inspiration Healthcare, in June.

Another worthy and hopefully profitable string to our bow!

It doesn't matter what NDAs are in play, you can't hide your accounts, even on AIM!
The NDA will only cover their commercial arrangement, not the actual monetary value on the company accounts.

I think this young company is starting to mature nicely.
Keeping a close eye on it, but so far it seems a good potential longer term investment which will hopefully produce a juicy dividend as well as capital growth in the future.

Epistem Holdings LON:EHL was reborn as Genedrive LON:GDR back in 2016 I believe..

He may not be able to buy shares at this point because we are waiting for applied approvals, potential contractual awards and are launching two new products. Basically, any RNS on the above could shift the share price.
I can see it now on this board, screams of 'insider dealing' if he bought 200k of shares today and news came tomorrow or early next week. Even if no news were forthcoming and he bought a large amount, he could be accused of pumping his own share price because others may buy on the back of it.
Maybe after any news he could buy, then he couldn't possibly have any accusations levelled at him.

The idea of future bonuses/incentives as partially shares linked then maybe that could work.

GDR are not selling the AIHL Genedrive kit directly themselves.
They are partnered with Inspiration Healthcare who are specialists in supplying/distributing paediatric and neo-natal care products (amongst other things).

They are a well run company who have had a bumper sales year in 2020.

So hopefully there should be many sales as long as GDR get the kit to production :)

It does sound good doesn't it? Unfortunately however it was not a true picture. You make it sound as if the placement shares were easily obtainable, but in truth the share price was a lot higher than the placement price at the time and what portion of the placement shares that were made available to PI's was heavily over subscribed. Indeed, some applicants not receiving any.
