The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Well BRH in freefall and at CMH we have just had the full offer paid. I know which TB company I prefer at the moment
Quite agree with that FTH. Covid stocks being hit as sentiment re easing lockdown hits. Yes, I know C-19 will be around for a long time to come but it is sentiment that drives share prices. Pleased to be out of Covid stocks at least for the time being as I sold my remaining BRH first thing this morning and moved it here.
I think some BRH'ers are moving over here - TB is up to something and can't believe he would get involved in a basket case. Personally I hold both though
Me too :-)
Bennster, this is my last post to you. You have spouted on and on over the last few weeks/days that every buy is matched to a sell and that MMs don't play games they just facilitate the trade.
Therefore, my point was that buys and sells today are of equal volume. You claimed that there were more sellers than buyers. I say that is nonsense - by your own definition no less.
Can I put this to bed from any further discussion ......
If there has been a change in an individual's (or corporate) voting rights then the company MUST put out a total voting rights announcement within the calendar month. TB sold during April. Simple rules and regulation not a precursor to another sale.
Moorhey, governments are buying tests and distributing them freely to their populations. Some governments are buying the tests and distributing them to other countries. Apart from some of the majors - eg AstraZeneca - that are producing on a not for profit basis, most others are able to rake it in through government contracts not just private sales.
bbrq, you really take the biscuit. Of course I am invested here. I am not deramping - quite the opposite. I believe news will be good as I don't think the BOD could get away with selling down so close to the release of bad news. I was not asking Wookie why the BOD sold, I was merely trying to establish if there was an agreement to my point of view.
Maybe try and read more closely before being quick to criticise!
Thanks Wookie for your reply.
Wookie, do you seriously think that poor news is a possibility with directors having sold just 2-3 weeks ago?
It's a serious question as my take is that would constitute market abuse as they would be aware of clinical trial developments.
