Thinkin if the company runs out of cash and fails to raise money from very unhappy shareholder, the administrator's will be called in and be sold for next to nothing with buyers agreeing to take on some debt

Why don't they just ask shareholders to set up a direct debit to transfer money on a regular basis to the directors bank account ! Or how about setting up a go fund me page
