So what are we thinking is a firesale value now ? ... was often discussed many moons ago with 5-10m commonly touted as a worst case scenario... but with the FEED now funded and pretty much underway with Costain (hugely significant) ... what would be a realistic or even conservative project sale valuation right now ? Surely a lowball has to be at the very least that 10m+ ? ... in which case even a quick 'just sell it and move on' scenario would be several bags from here. Clearly not something that is going to happen as the company development and project progression are clearly starting to pick up pace and open up some real value... but it does put the current 'priced to fail' SP in perspective and shows why a rerate appears to be simmering away nicely.... risk / reward would seem to be extremely favourable right now.

don't take yourself too seriously Presto ... I'm just pointing out, with a dose of humour, however poor... that LTH have not 'done well' nor, imo, do they deserve a 'well done'... yet... YET. The recent placees and those that are new investors here and bought around the last placing price... do deserve a 'well done'... LTH have largely just been 'well done' at the current SP. Hence my correction 'joke'... nothing personal and nothing 'unfair' about it.

I agree tidd... very confident here and very loaded with little worry. Just making a point is all... next time we are riding high and the bod & broker get all rampy i will have a look from behind rose tinted quality BOD main market glasses.

Would love to but I can't say I see it as a small discount ... Optiva note calling 15p and very rampy BOD PR all at 5-6p followed by sustained selling all the way down to 4.4 and a placing at 4.25 doesn't sit with me as a small discount.

yep, no surprises there then... was initially expecting 5p though but that went out the window with the continued drop. Disappointing bit... in hindsight, you have to wonder about the sudden burst of active and rampy 'we are so undervalued' PR a few weeks back whilst the SP was buoyant ? ... appears to have helped prop up sustained selling by ITK since... no doubt many have coined it and will be back in on the placing now. All part of the game but TBH... not what I invested in a company on main market with a quality BOD for. Done now... Should do very well from here so let's resume normal service and see some stellar deals.

fully agree Andy... the significance of the GM appointment will soon become clear. The company is all about building a diverse portfolio so we can expect new deals and assets incoming at anytime... and dare I say something is due. Patience is all that is required here, easy hold for me.
