I think it is too much of a coincidence. Volz deal rns then the dumping by PR and BRH.
If Volz are buying in, surely the would not want Gyromatic, the fertiliser side of p2f or the security side. What di you think will happen to them?
Perhaps the BOD will meet with Volz to agree a way foward

Thanks for your post.
I have learnt along the way to listen to what people have to say and take it on board so I really appreciate your post.
As you know RMS is probably my favourite shares at the moment.
I understand what you say about becoming attached to a share and sometimes you feel some loyalty to it which as you mentioned is dangerous
I have calculated the risk with RMS and the company has other things going on to protect the mcap at this level so the face mask is a massive bonus and is the wave I will ride.
I would have liked to move from RMS to IMM and Iqai but the train on these is starting to leave the station and the timing to leave rms is not right for me

Someone on the rms board mentioned that if it is a company from outside the uk may are allowed a longer time period to report.

If Volz are all over this, because of the volume they will be able to produce, the price point should become much cheaper and therefore when you combine this and the length of life of the mask when compared to the cheap type , RMS becomes even more attractive

My money is on someone connected with Volz

when the 3% threshold is reached. As i understand it this is what needs to happen.
Shareholder must notify AIM company as soon as possible and within two trading days (DTR 5.8.3R)
AIM company must notify market by the end of the third trading day after notification (DTR 5.9.1R).

Interesting post on rms
I think someone (singular) is in the background mopping up these cheap shares.
They will declare their interest once there buying has stopped and I assume their interest will be over 3% and then the company will issue a rns.
The interesting take is that they appear to carry on with building a stake without realising a rns until they have finished,
So today close they may own 30% but do not have to declare because they have not finished their buying programme.
Does anyone know if this is acceptable within the stock exchange rules?
