From the linkedin announcement from Cavendish - We’re looking forward to supporting the Board in the next stage of the Company’s journey. Happy to have your thoughts. GLTAL.
Cavendish is pleased to have been appointed as financial adviser and broker to Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc (AEP), a London Main Market listed company (Market Cap: £350 million) with significant operations across Indonesia and Malaysia.
AEP owns and manages approximately 76,000 hectares of plantation land, primarily cultivating oil palm, with a focus on efficient production and responsible development. Its portfolio includes both mature estates and land under development, as well as palm oil mills supporting downstream processing.
“Anglo-Eastern is a respected and growing operator in its sector. We’re looking forward to supporting the Board in the next stage of the Company’s journey,” said Matt Goode, Head of Consumer, Cavendish Capital Markets.
The appointment further demonstrates Cavendish’s expertise in the agribusiness sub-sector and adds another high-quality client to Cavendish's broader Consumer sector client list.
