Why would GGP pay for Red Setter, or indeed any other tenement around Telfer when they have enough ore to last them fifteen years at maximum capacity? It doesn't make sense. GGP can wait longer than WSBN can keep the lights on.

Greatland have a combined resource of around 15moz, likely more as time moves on. Telfer can process roughly 20m tonnes per year at full tilt, the combined resource is roughly 285Mt which gives Greatland 14 years of processing, at full capacity, before they run out of ore without factoring in any future resource upgrades which there likely will be. So why would they buy Red Setter, or Minyari, when the two companies holding those resources have no economic way to develop those assets? With no income stream WSBN and Antipa will have to keep on raising money to keep the lights on, and GGP can wait as long as they want and hoover up these assets cheaply if and when they want to. GGP hold all the cards.

Not invested here, but it amazes me how many people don't understand what a consolidation is. The market cap doesn't change at all. Your money will still buy you the same fraction of the company post consolidation as it would before consolidation.

The benefits of a consolidation is that it gives the impression of a more established company, the negatives of a consolidation is that it gives scope for companies to dilute over and over. I found this out the hard way with ValiRx (VAL).

It's way to deep to be economically viable IMO, and IF there are billions down there it will also take billions of $, and years to extract it, IMO. I'm not deramping, I hope you all make loads of money here, I genuinely do. WSBN are fully funded for the next phase of deep drilling, but what then? There will be funds raised, just a matter of how long from now, and at what price.

Im by no means an old timer but my two pence worth is this..

I was lucky enough for my dad to mention GGP to me after he had been recommended them by a friend of his in 2016 when Newmont were looking at Ernest Giles. It was my first ever investment and Newmont walked a few months later and the price went from c. 2.2p to 0.5p over night. I held on mainly because it wasnt worth selling! But learnt two valuble lessons, 1. If you believe in the fundamentals, hold even on the drops. 2. Buy when given a chance at a discount.

I regret not buying at 0.5p, but more importantly I'm glad I held on. Its through the selfless generosity of some posters on this board who are kind enough to share their research. (you know who you are) that I did hold and continue to do so.

I never post on this BB because I'd rather leave it to you guys, so I will go back to the sidelines. But heres another silent, but extremely grateful LTH.

I didn't say third placing. I said it's a third fund raise. And I wasn't complaining. I'm more than happy to hold and add on dips. I was merely making a point that hypothetically something could have changed that would make them want to have cash in the bank. I actually think it could be positive news, reading between the lines.

Trying to read between the lines.... Why the sudden need to raise money? I think this is the third fund raise this month is it not?

Time scales as reported in the most recent RNS approx five weeks ago.

i. Plateau drilling programme

The Company has recently completed Stage 1 of the drilling programme, which consisted of reverse circulation drilling of 6 drill holes. The next stages of the drilling programme at Plateau consist of the following:

· Stage 2 - Reverse circulation drilling of 4 drill holes, for 897 metres, and diamond drilling of 6 drill holes, for 1,664 metres, expected to take approximately ***three months***.

· Stage 3 - Reverse circulation drilling of 1 drill hole, for 251 metres, expected to take approximately ***one week*** and diamond drilling of 1 drill hole, for 779 metres, expected to take approximately ***two months***.

Thats because of the spread. The difference between the bid price and the ask price is relatively large (percentage wise) when somebody sells it shows the price of that individual trade, and when somebody buys it shows the price of that trade. The spread is large enough that those trades can swing anywhere in the region of 16%. Until they tighten the spread up anyway.
