TLSA is cheaper, but you would have made more money holding TILS over the last 6 weeks.
You can't buy TLSA on HL
Main market is about to happen
Covid results are about to land and the indications are posative.
Whichever exchange you choose to buy on, I would do it quickly otherwise you could be left kicking yourself if it takes off fast.
Personally I am done with TTB Jack
- Hasnt got a clue what he's talking about
- A ****** who has used racial slurs on this board and stocktwits
- Vile man wishing cancer on another investor on Stocktwits, that's just disgusting and has no place!!!!!
I've reported a post he made on here on Friday night which included a racial slur. Unfortunate as it's good to have Americans on this board, but not creatures like this who are ****** and wishing cancer on people.
It will align sooner or later.
It is unusual that the gap stays open as long as it does, but in reverse there were some big gaps in November. The Nas was significantly higher than LSE when the LSE was dropping hard and the Nas slowly but surely eventually equalised to meet the LSE.
I also do feel there is a good chance that something big maybe causing this. E.g in relation to a merger/takeover.
There is a good chance that a US company could prefer to do a takeover by merging the Nasdaq listing in to their own stock.
Corporate finance people with experience of international acquisitions please step in here. Obviously it is a lot easier and tax beneficial if you can merge the stock on the same exchange.
Interestingly I believe that our move to the main market allows our stock to be transferred to a single listing on the Nasdaq. This would be ideal for such a merger to complete.
From my understanding main market rules facilitate this, but aim rules did not.
Very interesting.
TTB the people here are very educated and the vast majority have held Tiziana a lot longer than you have known it even existed.
Even though you have not figured out when it started trading, take a look at our share price on the 3rd may 2017.
You are becoming like a toddler who has sneaked some red bull and is on a sugar rush running around the room trying to tell the adults about stocks and shares by repeating little bits your have heard the adults saying.

I am increasingly becoming of the opinion that Accustem may have been split not to sell, but for the BOD to keep it, as it has value that wouldn't be realised if they sold Tiziana to a mabs focus pharma.
The Tiziana BOD are now very recently all reunited under OKYO and Accustem.
New CMO from one of the largest mAbs companies in the world has just arrived at TIziana.
Its starting to feel a lot like this shaping up.
It's possible that the move to the main market is also to facilitate a sale, there are rules under the main market which are slightly different and there could well be something in the detail here which is the motivation.
All speculation, but I am certain that at some point it's the BODs ambition to sell the company rather than manufacture and sell any drugs. It's just a matter of what sign off / trial readouts / proof of concept, would be the point that meets the criteria for the sale.
Obviously all of this is just my opinion and I could be easily joining dots that aren't there, as always DYOR and no matter what I think the next week or two are going to be very exciting GLA.
TTB the very fact that you have no idea of the correct years TILS or TLSA were listed tells me all I need to your about your DD.
Your agend, maybe noble in wanting to be patriotic, but is growing tiresome my friend.
As Stormzy says chat $hit
GLA to everybody and let's focus on one of the most exciting weeks ahead instead of this nonsense.
With the readout from the covid trial due anytime now (I agree that it's probably going to coincide with the main market move on 21st)
What are people's realistic expectations on share price as speculation builds prior to the big day when the results are released ?
Prof Weiner stating that the sense of smell returning during the trial does appear to be a huge indication that the drug has efficacy.
Obviously the share price increase recently is going to have priced in some of the speculation, but how much /little ?
The potential here is crazy, 2 covid treatments
1. World renowned Prof Weiner has showed great enthusiasm and stated that the patients reported their sense of smell returning. We await the trial results with great optimism.
2. The 2nd drug we are about to start trialing is anti il-6 which looks like a dead cert to be an effective treatment based of other companies trials already, and its iv use in hospitals this year.
Tiziana's ability to provide this drug without IV is huge.
The risk reward on Tiziana is amazing, for me the share is very undervalued, with so much transformational news imminent we are still miles away from our 52 week high which seems crazy.
Same, I got what will probably be my last top-up at the same price.
Just had a look at volume today ... Almost 20 times above average.
It will not only be level with the UK , but will be above it again at some point. It's a matter of time while, there is a gap it's just an opportunity in my eyes.
I did 3 top ups on the Nas open, and if for whatever reason (manipulation) it drops more during this session I have an order waiting to top up again.
I think the UK price is a bargain but the nasdaq price is just a gift.
He may also have been on 12 month gardening leave.
Given his position at Regeneron you would probably expect 12 months and it has been exactly 12 by the sounds of it.
Whatever way we look at it this is huge.
Like most I cant help get a little excited about today's appointment.
While LSE boards are always full of dreams of multibags, NCYT, 20 times increases etc....
Dr Neil Graham has been in the driving seat actually doing just this.
Dr Neil Graham came to Regeneron when it was $25 a share, in his time there he has seen it grow above $500.
Looking at their graph from 2020/2011 when he joined the company, the main growth of turning them in to the monster they are today starter not long after he joined them.
Very very exciting times! We have had our tough times over the last few months especially, but for all that have held firm it really does appear the rewards are bigger and closer than we thought.

Good stuff, not only do you end up with more shares but also help give the Nasdaq a little more confidence.
Accustem on the Nas just seems to cause arguments lol. Time will tell, think of them as a nice bonus if that comes off as well.
For me the big thing about Accustem in the Nasdaq is that the Nasdaq uses "due bills" plus the RNS said the exentilement date would be announced at a later date, this isn't to be confused with the entitlement being assigned to the share on the record date.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/duebill.asp
Not always when we fell hard with vaccine news and after Accustem they stayed above us for a long time, over 35p higher at some points.
It was odd then as it is now lol
I asked them if they would reconsider today and pointed out I have hundreds of thousands of shares in TLSA which have to be held with IG because of them not listing it.
I very much doubt they will take any notice but the more people who email them asking the better, you never know...
HL
Helpdesk.EMailTeam@hl.co.uk
I've been emailed them, not good news...
They say as they already list Tils they are not going to add TLSA.
IG is very good but don't offer LISA'S but do normal ISA and everything else
People bought at $16 the day after the stock split by mistake thinking they were getting 5 Tils shares when they were only getting 2!
A lot of money lost as the price then slid right down on top of that, so a lot of US holders are many times under water and looking for an out. Unless they were smart enough to average down like TTB.
A lot over there got hit very hard, I am sure that's the only problem and that then makes shorting easy on low volume with low confidence in the stock state side.
I think they got hit hard by the confusion when the ADR changed from 5 to 1 Tils, just like the spin off it was not handled well.
Alot didn't understand Accustem being spun off and almost have a feeling that it was a trick as they never got the shares.
Finnally on top of this we had a big drop in price due to the vaccine.
All in all I think the confidence over there is low in a relatively unknown foreign company and are worried it's all a scam.
Obviously we know this isn't the case, but you can understand their reluctance, in time as the price moves it will be overcome.
I believe 15% tax is only on ordinary dividend payments, not special divs, splits, spin offs etc.
Obviously do your own checks but I believe that in an ISA or sipp you will pay zero tax for capital gains made on TLSA.

You need to fill in a W8-ben form, just confirming that you are not a US resident and pay tax in the UK and not America. It then lasts for 3 years
Some brokers do it by clicking "I agree" but if you haven't seen anything about confirming that you are not a US resident then I would raise this with them.
stims I agree I'm also very excited by this.
In my mind one of our two covid drugs is already a success, anti il-6 works for treating covid!
It's going to be used in UK hospitals tomorrow.
I would find it very surprising if Tiziana's trial for their anti il-6 doesnt also produce a similar positive result after seeing Roche's being approved today.
If this news alone doesn't trigger the share price, once it has settled in, then the trial Tiziana have announced will surely be the catalyst to put it on people's radars.
The price could really explode at any moment imo.
