Jambone can you explain why a company would engage lawyers to pass documents and terms before a working product has been demonstrated? It doesn't make sense.

Why would any company engage "lawyers to exchange terms and documents" when FG admits that the first step in advancing the discussion is to prove it works.

As ever just the tiniest bit of critical thinking makes thes whole story fall apart.
