I made the call at these levels (fundingndelay or no funding delay) to top up 16m don't think they are showing yet - this is a well run company with a huge asset, even if as worse-case we had to find new funding it is still worth much more than m.cap today

With the increased resource (and growing) you'd almost be hoping that Hainan walked away as there'll be lots of other suitors for a better deal - not that they will BUT they'll be keener than us to get this completed with growing resource)/increased lithium prices

By RNS'ing today 'terminated talks' they've created a 1 day extension - the last paragraph 'sign off' reminds Apollo they still have until Monday - for all we know, the gap to acceptance may not have been that wide
