Brooko, I was thinking the same today, the BTC direction and momentum overides the actual BTC price impact.
Being 10% down is one thing but there is an extra direction /momentum dynamic in play in that situation and when 10% up, the same is true

They will take it back up to 110-115 range by 9am and the traders will feel they've hit the spot compared to the 102p and sell, take those sells for 15 mins, be hard to buy then we move to a higher range

They should not have published on the website the £1 per mask 10k min order. The BBC news piece said should be available to public at about £1 each, so if I was looking to buy I'd be thinking "there must be a lower price available for bulk?" It wouldn't have been difficult to produce a table 200 £2 each, 500 £1.75, 1000 £1.50, 5,000 £1.25, 10,000 £1 . With no news today, we're likely to get pushed back down to that 1.6/1.7 range so get ready to top up
