(Alliance News) - PYX Resources Ltd on Monday said it will list on London's Main Market next week, though retain a primary listing in Sydney.
PYX, a zircon producer, said it will have a GBP358.4 million market value on admission. Conditional dealings in London are to begin on November 15.
"The company's strategy is to become a major and sustainable global producer of premium zircon by acquiring and developing undervalued, world-class mineral assets with significant resources, long mine life and the highest zircon assemblage globally," PYX said.
It is currently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. It will keep a primary listing there and have a secondary listing in London.
PYX currently operates the Mandiri project in Indonesia.
The company noted demand for zircon has surged, thanks to its application in 3D printing, batteries and semiconductors.
