WPP Units Buys China-Based Digital Creative Agency

LONDON (Alliance News) - Media buying giant WPP PLC Monday said its Hill+Knowlton Strategies communications consultancy has struck a deal to buy digital creative agency Rice5.

The company didn't provide any financial details.

Rice5 has offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai and made revenues of HKD16.6 million in 2013.

WPP shares were flat at 1,215.11 pence early Monday.
